YOU HAVE HEARD SOME NEGATIVES… I UNDERSTAND. The thing is, this software gives you the ability to make anything you want,…. the way you want it. If you don’t spend the time to learn,….. get the hell out,…..and shut -up!!!!! This is an awesome program!! And you would be lucky to get it for $300. I got it for about $160 on sale because of bad review’s. I feel like I owe Punch-Software.
Not only do they have the Home and decor-software, they give you custom door, window and 3-d programs that you can do ANYTHING with.
If you want something or someone to do it all for you then go-away…you simple imp.
I havent figured out how to import new textures yet,…….. but I will!!!

I purchased this software over a month ago. My credit card was debited at the time of purchase. It has been over a month (and beyond the latest shipment date provided by the supplier) and still no product. I emailed the supplier with a request for shipping delivery date but have not recieved a reply. My next action will be to contest the charge with my credit card company. I would not recommend this supplier for any future purchases of any products!

I bought this after reading several professional reviews saying it was a breakthrough product. I can’t think of a better way to put it other than, “it stinks”. (My version is Home Design Studio Pro 12.0.1 however my box is white not black)
I tried to get my money back for it several times but was refused.
As others have said it is very difficult to use. Many of the features listed simply don’t work as advertised.
If you try and use their online support you’ll get support from a woman who after some time will finally admit she’s really not familiar with the Mac version. What a joke!
If someone tries to sell you this product don’t walk, run away as fast as you can.

Cool product with free video tutorial examples under the “Help” icon while using the software, but this is definitely not for beginners unless you really know your construction work. Inches, centimeters, etc. I would rather higher someone to use this for me. Great overall product. Really advanced software and I’m a beginner.
