this product has some good qualities but is qirky and hard to work with. the help section does not work with vista, customer service is nonexistent. avoid this product like the plague

I have had the last three versions of this program, upgrading each time to hope for faster performance. And YES,I typically have a cutting edge computer with all of the latest drivers. Contrary to what their tech support recites. Look elsewhere.

Could not have been more disappointed in this product !!!!!!
I have used the real old version of 3-D Home architech Deluxe (probably 1995 era) and it RUNS CIRCLES around this product…….Everything in this software is lacking !!!
You will be better off with ANYTHING ELSE on the market….period.
